Michael is the co-founder of Voice of Hope Ministries along with his wife Sherry.  He is a graduate of Lousiana Baptist College and was a Southern Baptist Pastor for 20 years.

Executive Director-Michael Hulsey

Christopher is the Senior at the University of Arkansas. He is the publisher of "News From the Front," the monthly newsletter of Voice of Hope Ministries.  He oversees the day to day financial obligations of the Ministry.  He is a veteran leader of many "High Impact" mission trips to Central America.

Executive Finance Director-Christopher Hulsey

Tim works in management for the City of Searcy, AR Water Department and is a veteran leader of multiple "High Impact" mission trips to Central America.

Chairman of the Board-Tim Cleveland

Rick is employed by the Wal-Mart Corporation and is a veteran leader of multiple "High Impact" mission trips to Central America.

Vice-Chairman of the Board-Rick Dean

Donna is an employee of the Baptist Health Systems of Central Arkansas and is a veteran leader of multiple "High Impact" mission trips to Central America.

Secretary-Treasurer-Donna Cleveland

Board Member-Sherry Hulsey

Sherry is the Co-Founder of Voice of Hope Ministries and the Director of the House of Hope Children's Home in Choluteca, Honduras.  She also manages the Voice of Hope Team House in Leon, Nicaragua.

Board Members-Josh Jordan

Josh is Minister to Students at Southside Community Church in Paragould, AR and is a veteran of many High impact mission trips to Nicaragua.
Vickie Cline- Vickie is a member of FBC in Rogers, AR and serves as an ex-effico member of the Board of Directors. She is also a fulltime is Missionary Associate with Voice of Hope.

Board Member-Dr. Dwain Miller

Dwain is the pastor of Cross Life Church in El Dorado, AR and is a veteran leader of multiple "High Impact" mission trips to Central America.

Board Member-Cathy Dean

Cathy is a physical therapist and the wife of Rick Dean.  She is a veteran of multiple "High Impact" mission trips to Central America.

Board Member-Ralph E. Kiser

Ralph is a certified public accountant in Harrisonburg, VA.  He has taken multiple “High Impact” mission trips to Nicaragua and is a supporter of VOH in spreading the gospel and planting churches in Cental America.

Board Member-Mary Watson

Mary is a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Searcy, AR.  She is a veteran of multiple "High Impact" mission trips to Central America. 

Board Member-Shayne Baker

Shayne Baker is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and an Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church in Paragould, AR and has been involved in full-time ministry for more than 12 years.  Shayne has had several opportunities to organize and lead teams to Nicaragua to be involved in “High Impact” missions.

Board Member-Buddy McLaughlin

Buddy is a Musician and Lay Preacher who is a veteran of many "High Impact" mission trips to Central America.
