The Voice of Hope team are all members of local churches and participate in their services.  Some are church planters, group leaders, and pastors.  Every member of our team abides by a code of conduct.  They are vested in the ministry. It is as much theirs as it belongs to the North Americans.  They stand on equal footing as all North Americans and some hold positions higher in the ministry than other North Americans  Unlike many North American ministries, VOH  is designed to operate with or without the presence of North Americans.  All of our team are valued members and great assests to the Kingdom of God!
