Michael is the co-founder of Voice of Hope Ministries along with his wife Sherry. He is a graduate of Lousiana Baptist College and was a Southern Baptist Pastor for 20 years.
Executive Finance Director-Amber Hulsey
Amber is the graduate of the University of Arkansas and the University of Arkansas School of Law. She is the publisher of "News From the Front," the monthly newsletter of Voice of Hope Ministries. She oversees the day to day financial obligations of the Ministry.
Chairman of the Board-Tim Cleveland
Tim works in management for the City of Searcy, AR Water Department and is a veteran leader of multiple "High Impact" mission trips to Central America.
Vice-Chairman of the Board-Rick Dean
Rick is employed by the Wal-Mart Corporation and is a veteran leader of multiple "High Impact" mission trips to Central America.
Secretary-Treasurer-Donna Cleveland
Donna is an employee of the Baptist Health Systems of Central Arkansas and is a veteran leader of multiple "High Impact" mission trips to Central America.
Board Member-Sherry Hulsey
Sherry is the Co-Founder of Voice of Hope Ministries and the Director of the House of Hope Children's Home in Choluteca, Honduras. She also manages the Voice of Hope Team House in Las Penitas, Nicaragua.
Board Members-Jerrell and Virginia Barnett
Jerrell is the treasurer for Trinity Baptist Church in Searcy, AR and owns his own business. Virginia is employed by White County Hospital. Both are veterans of multiple "High Impact" trips to Central America.
Board Members-Dr. Paul and Rachel White
Paul is the pastor of FaithBridge Church in Jacksonville, FL. He is a strong supporter of VOH and has lead his church on multiple "High impact" mission trips during each year of his involvement with this ministry. Rachel is on the church staff at FaithBridge Church as Women's Ministry and Prayer Ministry Coordinator
Board Member-Dr. Dwain Miller
Dwain is the pastor of Cross Life Church in El Dorado, AR and is a veteran leader of multiple "High impact" mission trips to Central America.
Board Member-Cathy Dean
Cathy is a physical therapist and the wife of Rick Dean. She is a veteran of multiple "High Impact" mission trips to Central America.
Board Member-Ralph E. Kiser
Ralph is a certified public accountant in Harrisonburg, VA. He has taken multiple “High Impact” mission trips to Nicaragua and is a supporter of VOH in spreading the gospel and planting churches in Cental America.
Board Member-Mary Watson
Mary is a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Searcy, AR. She is a veteran of multiple "High Impact" mission trips to Central America.
Board Member-Shayne Baker
Shayne Baker is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and an Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church in Paragould, AR and has been involved in full-time ministry for more than 12 years. Shayne has had several opportunities to organize and lead teams to Nicaragua to be involved in “high impact” missions.
